Design in Solidworks and AutoCad
Solidworks and AutoCad are computer programs used to design and develop a variety of mechanical products. With these different softwares, our team can help envision a project and bring it to life, showing 2D or 3D drawings of a finished product. Our knowledge of these tools help bring precision, accuracy, and overall client satisfaction to a finished product.
Shearing
The shearing process is when we cut straight lines on materials, which may include stainless steel or aluminum. This is an important process because it ensures that we are cutting the materials to the right size and shape, which is critical in getting the final job done right.
Laser Cutting
Laser cutting is just as it sounds. This is when we use a laser to cut through materials. Lasers are efficient in getting a high quality, precise surface finish.

Punching
Punching is the metal fabricating process in which we punch a hole in the metal piece we are working on. This process allows us to make necessary holes in a material in various sizes, quickly, and efficiently.
Forming
Forming is when we convert a flat sheet metal into a three dimensional part. In other words, it’s when we manipulate the material to take the shape we need for the respective project. We do so by applying enough force to the material that it changes shape.
Welding
Welding is when two parts or more are fused together. This can happen through heat or pressure to the parts. We weld a range of materials including metal, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Polishing
Polishing is just as it sounds. As part of the finishing process, it helps your materials shine, looking clean, pristine, and ready to serve its job. Our polishing jobs are so detailed that the weld is invisible when complete.
